About our text messages

With your permission, Thai Healing Massage may send automated text messages about appointment confirmations, rescheduling, cancellation notices, and directions or service information you request. This program does not include promotional messages.

Your consent

You can opt in by explicitly agreeing during a phone conversation with our automated AI assistant after hearing the messaging disclosures.

Providing your telephone number alone does not enroll you. If you decline or do not answer the consent question, you will not be enrolled.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchasing services. You must own or be authorized to use the mobile number you provide.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your appointments and requests. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

How to unsubscribe

Reply STOP to a message from this program to unsubscribe. You may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent through this program unless you opt in again.

Unsubscribing from text messages does not cancel an appointment. Please contact Thai Healing Massage separately to change or cancel your booking.

How to get help

Reply HELP for assistance, or call Thai Healing Massage at (808) 724-9962.

Appointment reminders

Acuity appointment-reminder consent is managed separately. Agreeing to this messaging program does not automatically enable Acuity SMS reminders.

Message delivery

Delivery depends on your mobile carrier and network availability. Messages may be delayed or undelivered. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

For time-sensitive appointment questions, please call us directly.

Privacy

We do not sell your personal information or share your mobile information with other businesses for their marketing.

Please review our Privacy Policy for details about how we handle your information.

Please do not send sensitive health information or payment-card details by text message.
